Terms of Service

These terms govern your use of SDR Room, a sales execution platform operated by BrandStory (“we”, “us”). By creating an account or using SDR Room you agree to these terms.
Accounts
You must provide accurate information and keep your login credentials secure. You are responsible for activity under your account. Workspace owners are responsible for the users they invite and the roles they assign.
Acceptable use
- Do not use SDR Room to send spam or unlawful communications, or to contact people in violation of applicable anti-spam, telemarketing, or privacy laws.
- Do not upload content you do not have the right to use.
- Do not attempt to access other workspaces, disrupt the service, or bypass security or usage limits.
Your data
You keep ownership of the data you add to SDR Room. You grant us permission to host and process it only to provide the service. How we handle personal information is described in our Privacy Policy.
Plans and billing
Paid plans are billed per seat after checkout. There is no free trial. Within 14 days of the first payment you can ask support to cancel. Usage already incurred is charged and the unused balance is refunded. After that window, fees are non-refundable except where required by law. We may change pricing with prior notice before your next billing period.
Third-party services
SDR Room can connect to third-party services such as Google, Microsoft, CRMs, and telephony providers. Your use of those services is governed by their own terms.
Availability and changes
We work to keep SDR Room available and secure but do not guarantee uninterrupted service. We may add, change, or remove features over time.
Termination
You can stop using SDR Room at any time. We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms or put the service or other users at risk.
Disclaimer and liability
SDR Room is provided “as is”. To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, and our total liability is limited to the fees you paid in the twelve months before the claim.
