SDR Room is a sales execution platform operated by BrandStory (“we”, “us”). This policy explains what information we collect when you use SDR Room at app.sdrroom.com, how we use it, and the choices you have.
Information we collect
- Account information: your name, email address, and profile picture, provided directly or through Google or Microsoft sign-in.
- Workspace data: leads, contacts, companies, notes, call records, emails, and other content you or your team add to SDR Room.
- Integration data: information from tools you choose to connect (for example CRM, calendar, or email), limited to what is needed for the features you enable.
- Usage and device data: log data such as IP address, browser type, and pages visited, used for security and to improve the service.
Google and Microsoft sign-in
When you sign in with Google or Microsoft we receive only your basic profile: name, email address, and profile picture. We use this to create and authenticate your account. We do not receive your password.
SDR Room’s use and transfer of information received from Google APIs adheres to the Google API Services User Data Policy, including the Limited Use requirements.
How we use information
- To provide, operate, and secure SDR Room.
- To authenticate users and manage workspaces, roles, and billing.
- To send service emails such as invitations, verification, and alerts.
- To provide support and respond to your requests.
- To comply with legal obligations.
Sharing
We do not sell your personal information. We share data only with service providers that host and operate SDR Room on our behalf (such as cloud hosting, database, and email delivery providers), with integrations you connect, or when required by law.
Data retention and security
We keep your information while your account is active and as needed to provide the service. Data is encrypted in transit, and access is restricted by role. Workspace owners can request deletion of their workspace data at any time.
Your choices and rights
You can access, update, or delete your account information, and request a copy or deletion of your data, by contacting us at hello@brandstory.in. You can revoke SDR Room’s access to your Google or Microsoft account at any time from that provider’s security settings.

We may update this policy from time to time. We will post the updated version on this page and change the “Last updated” date above.
